Session Details:
Start Date: Group sessions run throughout the year, with new training blocks kicking off every 8 weeks. You can join at any time and be integrated into the current cycle.
Location: Sessions are held in Dubai, Khorfakkan, and other key training locations. Some sessions also take place online for remote athletes.
Who Can Join? Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced triathletes preparing for their next big race.

What to Expect

Swimming Sessions: Open water and pool-based training focusing on technique, endurance, and race-day preparation.
Cycling Sessions: Group rides with road support, covering pack-riding skills, time trial positions, and climbing techniques.
Running Sessions: Interval, track, and endurance runs to improve efficiency, speed, and stamina.
Strength & Conditioning: Core workouts, injury prevention exercises, and functional strength training to support triathlon performance.
Race-Specific Training: Transition practice, pacing strategies, and mental preparation for triathlons and Ironman events.
